You can cancel or modify your booking up to 48 hours before arrival, but only with our flexible rate. We will hold the room for you until 9:00 PM. In case of a no-show, we charge 100% of the booking cost. If you booked via Booking.com or Expedia, any changes or cancellations must be made directly through them. If you booked a non-refundable rate, unfortunately, it cannot be changed or canceled. Safe travels!
If you book with a non-refundable rate, yes – you’ll pay in advance to lock in that great deal! But if you choose our flexible rate, there’s no need to worry about prepayment; you can settle everything upon arrival at the hotel.

Yes, you can order an early check-in or late check-out online.
If you don’t have a credit card, online check-in won’t be possible. No worries, you can simply check in and pay at the reception.

Simply choose your arrival and departure dates, the number of guests, and you’ll see all available options. This way, you always get the best and most up-to-date prices! Unfortunately, guests under the age of 18 cannot stay at the hotel without the supervision of an adult (18 years or older). The adult does not need to share the room but must be present at the hotel. Thank you for your understanding!
Our standard check-in time is between 3:00 PM and 9:00 PM. If you wish to check in after 9:00 PM, no worries! We will place your key in a secure locker at the night entrance of the hotel. Prior to your arrival, you will receive a message with instructions on how to retrieve your key.
Efteling
Absolutely! It's just an 8-minute walk to Efteling. You can leave your car with us for free. Haven't got your tickets yet? While we can't sell individual tickets, we offer them as part of our special packages.
Don't worry, you just need to pick them up from us! Come by in the morning, park your car, and collect your tickets at the reception. You can leave your luggage in our storage room and then take a walk to Efteling.

Check-in starts at 3:00 PM, but we’d be happy to welcome you in the morning! The room won't be ready yet, but you can park your car on our premises (right next to the hotel) and take a 500-meter walk to Efteling. It's a great way to start your adventure!
If you have booked an Efteling package, you don’t need to reserve your visit days — we’ll take care of that for you!
You can easily keep track of the current wait times for all Efteling attractions through the Efteling app or efteling.com! Additionally, it helps you plan your route so you don't miss any of your favorite rides!
Children from 0 to 3 years old can enjoy Efteling for free, how great is that? Once they turn 4, they will need an entrance ticket. Make sure to enter their age during the reservation process to ensure everything is ready for your visit!

Absolutely! You can easily add breakfast to your reservation. It costs just €15.50 per person per night. Children under 12 enjoy a special discount of €6.00. When booking online, please note that the price shown is an average based on the ages of your guests. Enjoy a delicious start to your day with us!
You will enjoy our delicious breakfast buffet! Savor freshly baked bread, croissants, and soft rolls. Delight in fluffy scrambled eggs alongside a variety of cold cuts and cheeses. We also offer a selection of cereals and fresh fruit to start your day right. And don’t forget to enjoy refreshing fruit juices, creamy yogurt, milk, and a selection of coffee and tea. It’s the perfect way to start your morning!

Absolutely! For just €11.00 per person, you can upgrade your breakfast and prepare your own lunch directly from our delicious breakfast buffet. You can order your lunch package in advance at the reception or online!
Not yet, but there are plenty of great restaurants nearby where you can enjoy a lovely lunch or dinner. You won’t have any trouble finding a delicious meal in the area!
We love pets, but unfortunately we can only welcome service dogs. We hope you understand!
Hotel amenities
The hotel has a few private parking spaces and there is ample public parking around the hotel. Therefore, no reservation is needed.
Absolutely! Next to the hotel, you will find 2 charging stations, and there are more located just 50 meters away. Just a heads-up: they are available on a first-come, first-served basis, so there is no need to reserve.
In collaboration with Post Fietsen, we offer various options, including regular bicycles and e-bikes, all available at the reception. Enjoy exploring the area on two wheels!
We offer a secure bicycle storage area. More information is available at the reception on the day of your arrival.
Your room is fully prepared with clean bed linen and soft towels, so you can relax right away.
Absolutely! We’re happy to provide a baby cot for your little one for just €9 per night. If you prefer, you are also very welcome to bring your own.
